RESOLUTION No. s 2022

“A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE MAGSAYSAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR ITS

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES FOR SCHOOL YEAR
2021-2022”

WHEREAS, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte approved the Department of

Education proposal of the pilot implementation of limited face-to-face classes to schools
located in less risk COVOD-19 areas;

WHEREAS, the local Government of Barangay Magsaysay have pledge its full
support in implementation of the limited face-to-face classes of Magsaysay Elementary
School to keep the learning process going on amid the challenges posed by COVID-19
Pandemic;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Counsel together with the parents of the learners, and
the teachers of Magsaysay Elementary School will partakes in the responsibility that
operational guidelines set by Department of Education and Department of Health and
other protocols of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) are strictly followed;

WHEREAS, the local Government of Barangay Magsaysay will cooperate with the
Rural Health Unit (RHU) or with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management
Council of Jabonga, Agusan del Norte to ferry learners or teachers that shows symptoms
to nearest facility for check-up and isolation procedure if necessary;
 WHEREAS, the Barangay Solid Waste Management Committee will collect the
infectious waste materials generated by the school during the implementation of the
face-to-face classes;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Hon. June Ann B.

Dejolde, committee on Education duly seconded by all members present it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve a resolution supporting the

Magsaysay Elementary School for its implementation of the limited face-to-face classes
for school year 2021-2022;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the Office of School

Head of Magsaysay Elementary School, the General PTA Officers, Office of the Municipal
Mayor and other agencies concern for their information and guidance.
