1. Student’s Sign-in form

2. A message will appear if the email or username does not match
with the password
3. A message will appear if the correct email or username and
password is provided.
4. If the “Forgot Password?” is clicked, you need to provide your
email address so that the system will inform you for password
reset.
5. Once the email is provided you will direct to Reset Password it
will allow you to change your old password and confirm your new
password.
6. If the “Admin Signup” is clicked, the admin sign-up form will
appear.
7. A message will appear if the provided information is not valid.
8. A message will display “Successfully Created Admin” if the
provided information is valid.
9. If the “Staff Signup” is clicked, the staff sign-up form will
appear.

10. A message will appear if the provided information is not

valid.
11. A message will display “Successfully Created Staff” if the
provided information is valid.
12. If the “Student Signup” is clicked, the student sign-up
form will appear.

13. A message will appear if the provided information is not

valid.
14. A message will display “Successfully Added Student” if the
provided information is valid.
