Recommendation of COVID-DRRM Team

1. Number of seats ( hatiin ang number of students)

 12-14 ( kinder)
 16 (1-3)
 20 (4-6)

Recommendations:

 Kinder will not use chairs and tables, all the excess chairs from grade 1 will be used by kinder
students
 All excess chairs of Grade 2-6 will be placed in the multi-purpose hall
 Those who are using desk will use the excess armed chairs from other grade level.
 Proper turn over of chairs by the moderators, reported to property custodians.
 Arrange the excess chair in the designated place (MPH)
 Distance of chairs: 1- 2 meter apart

2. Traffic System (classroom)

 Entrance and Exit int the classroom (with marker and arrow)
 Avoid unnecessary things in the entrance and exit:
a. lessen the cabinets
b. arrange the reading corner/reduce the size of the reading corner
 Put marker and stickers on the floor

3. Ventilation

 Working electric fans: check the electric fans (series fans)

4. Availability of Sterilization box for the outputs

 Suggestion -to have own disinfectant machine in the classroom (like T. Leah)

5. Availability of IEC materials in the classroom (COVID)

 Remove the posted outputs of the students and old posters.


 Post IEC materials about COVID

6. Schedule of supervised handwashing and toothbrushing activities

7. Placement of trash bins

 3 trash bins and 3 trash bags ( 2 black trash bags and 1 yellow trash bag)
 Label the trash bins
 Visual signages on proper waste management practices near trash bins

8. Sanitation

 Alcohol and facemask


 Soap in the CR
 Thermal scanner every classroom

9. List of the students

 who will attend face to face


 List of students with address and contact number
 Identified learners who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged in terms of access to learning as
indicated in the eligibility of learners, such as inclusion of:
a) indigent children
b) out-of-school youth
c) physically and mentally handicapped
d) distressed individuals and families, including intemally displaced persons (IDPs)
e) low resourced students
f) abandoned and neglected children
g) street children h. children of former rebels
h) children living in conflict-affected areas and vulnerable communities (cvAs)
i) children with disabilities and SPED students
j) children from Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas
