First and foremost, Alhamdulillah thank Allah SWT for providing us with the strength and
blessing to complete our assignment. We are extremely grateful because we completed our
Social Media Portfolio assignment within the time frame set by our wonderful lecturer, Madam
Puan Wan Masnieza Wan Mustapha. Without the assistance of our lecturer, friends, and family,
this assignment would be incomplete. We would like to thank our lecturer for teaching us and our
classmates about Principles of Entrepreneurship (ENT 530), as well as for taking the time and
making the effort to guide and encourage us to complete this assignment. Last but not least, we'd
like to thank our friends and classmates for their assistance in completing our assignment. Thank
you to both of our families for their love and understanding. We sincerely appreciate everyone

Executive Summary

"Brownies with love" is FARs Bakery's tagline, indicating that we make them with a lot of love
for our beloved customers. The primary mission of the business is to provide delightful brownies
made with high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices.

On April 17, 2022, we launched our online business through the social media platform
Facebook. Our target audience includes people of all ages who enjoy dessert and chocolate. We
have received a lot of positive feedback from customers about the taste and quality of our
brownies since our first opening. We provided fee-based postage to our out-of-town customers
and a free delivery service to those in our immediate vicinity.

For those who want to surprise their loved ones, we also offer gift boxes and birthday boxes.
This is one of our marketing efforts to entice more customers to purchase our product. Since our
first launch, we've sold over 120 boxes of these brownies. It has been proven that FARs Bakery
is a good choice for purchasing a high-quality dessert that will thrive in Malaysia and elsewhere.

Mission of FARs Bakery : Continues to put the quality of brownies affordable while improving
the flavor profile and services for our loyal customers.

Vision of FARs Bakery : In the next ten years, we hope to expand many branches and have
agents all over Malaysia.

Description Of Products and Services : FARs Bakery provides homemade classic brownies to
our customers. We also accept requests from those who want to create a surprise box or birthday
gift for their loved ones. For the special request, we are providing a free wishing card with no
word limit. Customers can place orders by visiting our Facebook page and sending direct
messages on Facebook, or by clicking the WhatsApp link that we have already provided on the
page. We charged out-of-town customers for postage and provided free delivery to those in our
immediate vicinity

FARs Bakery includes two price lists to our customers. The price of brownies is not more than
RM20, and customers who purchase two or more boxes will only be charged RM15 per box.
Customers who want to self-pick up at our basement are not charged a fee. We charged
out-of-town customers RM8 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM12 for Sabah Sarawak postage,
and we provided free delivery to those in our immediate vicinity.

Conclusion

Finally, by accomplishing this Social Media Portfolio, we gained a lot of experience and
knowledge. We truly enjoy the experience we had with the processes. learned how to manage
online business in social media and turn a profit for our business. As we all know, having
knowledge of online business can help us gain an advantage in online marketing because people
nowadays prefer to shop online rather than in person. This is because it is far superior and
simpler for the customer.

We sincerely hope that our online business will thrive in the market because we need to achieve
our goals and vision of opening many branches and having agents all over Malaysia. We will
make every effort to maintain the quality and price of our product in order to meet the needs and
desires of our customers and keep them loyal to our products. Furthermore, we hope that the
accomplishments that we will achieve in the future will help to reduce unemployment rates by
offering them employment with our company.

Finally, in this day and age, social media is the best platform for engaging with customers and
growing our business. We learned how to manage our own businesses in real life, how to capture
online user attention, how to promote our businesses, and how to communicate with customers in
this Social Media Portfolio assignment. We've seen a lot of business tool features on Facebook
that we believe are very useful for running an online business. As an entrepreneur, we recognise
the benefits of online businesses for today's marketing, and we also profited from this
assignment. Last but not least, we hope that my brownie business will gain traction as a result of
this.
