SUBJECT : WORK SCHEDULE OF SECURITY GUARD PERSONNEL

DATE : January 10, 2022

1. For the purpose/s of identifying potential problems regarding welfare, safety,

and/or security of students, personnel, visitors, and/or site; maintaining safety
at the school site by enforcing disciplinary policies and regulations;
communicating information and responding to inquiries; and providing
emergency care to students, teaching personnel, non-teaching personnel, and
other individuals, this Office creates work schedule effective on January 17,
2022.

2. You are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities attached
to your job order description and such other related functions as may be
assigned as follows:
a. Guard/Secure the safety of the school and each personnel by roaming
around at 6:00 in the morning up to 6:00 in the evening vice versa.
b. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking
of doors after operating hours and checking of water supply and
electrical appliances use to ensure hazards are not created.
c. Secure identification of construction workers inside the school premises.
d. Update the security guard’s logbook for everyday transactions.
e. Gather or collect am empty trash/secured the cleanliness of the
perimeter of the school.
f. Does related work.
g. Maintained peace and order within the area of responsibility.

h. Remained visible at all times while on a tour of duty.

i. Maintained proper decorum and courtesy to all incoming and outgoing
officials, employees and visitors.
j. Maintained alertness & kin while on a tour of duty especially to danger
and to something that is wrong.
k. Inspected the bringing out and returning of properties when used
outside.
l. Checked completeness vehicles documents when brought out.
m. Prepared investigation reports on offenses and violations for submission
to immediate officers.
n. Safeguarded evidence of a reported incident.
o. Turned over properly reports and information to incoming guard on duty.
p. Coordinated with the change of shift.

3. Attached here is the work schedule of security guard personnel in Enclosure 1.

4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are

desired.
