STIPEND CRITERIA – Interns will be getting a stipend up to 14k Subject to Performance of the intern.
 
INCLUSIONS-
         Total tenure of the Summer Internship will be for 2 Months (flexible).
         Students will be getting Achievements and Experience Certificate from the company.
         ACS provides Domestic / International Conventions, students will be selected on the basis of their
Performance.
         ACS also provides Pre-Placement Opportunity to Best Performers.
 
ORIENTATION
 
Interns would be familiarized with the basic Knowledge of Corporate World and how every department
work with basic Information about HR, Marketing, Finance & Taxation through online mode via Zoom /
Google meet.

         Market Research (Primary & Secondary)

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
         Recruitments & Selection.
         On Boarding Formalities.
         Gathering, Storing & Accessing Employee information
         Understanding CTC Calculations
         Primary Screening of Resumes
         Scheduling of Interview’s
         Part of Employee Engagement Team
 
FINANCE
         Introduction (Setting the Context)
         Basics
         Analysis of Financial Data
         Classifying your Market Activity
         Understanding FSA Analysis
         Understanding Ratio Analysis                       
         Understanding Taxation Calculations
         Financial  Market Research
 
ON THE JOB TRAINING:
Interns will be on trained and set to left on field for 3-4 weeks for the marketing profile and the
interns need to perform the following activities:
         Lead Generation.
         Business Development & Sales.
         Recruitment & Selection.
         Employee Engagement Activities.
         Revenue Generation.
         Profit Maximization.
         Handling Walk in Clients.
         Maintaining Relationship with Clients.
SCHEDULED PROCESS
  1st Phase         -           Training and development (10-15 days)
 
  2nd Phase        -           Marketing & Sales Profile (20-25 days)
 
  3rd Phase         -           Finance or HR profile ( 20-25 days)
 
  During the Internship Students will be preparing the Project Report which will be submitted to
the Faculty guide and the Corporate Mentor.
 
  Corporate Mentor will help the students in preparing the project reports which will include
Viva, Presentations, Surveys, on field experience, Content, etc.
 
  Students will be submitting the Final Summer Internship Report and it will end up the
Internship program.
