Causa is a typical dish of Peruvian cuisine, specifically from Lima where it is known as
causa limeña. The original recipe is only made with potatoes seasoned with lemon, chili,
boiled egg and avocado, although all kinds of variations of causa stuffed with tuna or
chicken are accepted, as in this case.
The chicken-stuffed causa recipe that we present to you below can be prepared without
any problems and will serve to surprise all your guests, especially all those who still do
not know the wonders of Peruvian cuisine.

4. To assemble the original Lima cause you will need a plating ring, then place a puree
base with one of the halves that you have reserved. The top adds slices of avocado cut
and seasoned with salt and pepper.
To finish, place a layer of the chicken mixture and finish with the other part of the puree.
