# Twenty Four (24) months warranty with free replacement on MAHLE TechPRO Device
# Twenty Four (24) Months warranty starts from date of supply to DICV as recorded in MAHLE system
# DICV Dealers are NOT required to produce any Proof of Purchase / Invoice copy for replacement.
1) Dealer will contact MAHLE technical support center via email or phone.
2) First Level contact point for MAHLE Service Solutions customs support team is –

4) The warranty is confined to the DICV authorized dealer / purchaser of the product only
and is not transferable.
5) Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the MAHLE authorized
personnel only
6) It is responsibility of the purchaser to contact the MAHLE Service Support team and
send the unit to the MAHLE office at purchaser's cost and risk.
7) In the event of repairs of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and
remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair
and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the
warranty period.
8) If it is determined after the initial contact that VCI is faulty, The dealers will be asked to
contact MAHLE Support Team for replacement unit
9) MAHLE will send a replacement unit for under warranty failure of device free of cost to
Daimler Dealership directly and will pay for the shipping cost.
10) Each complaint will be registered through Jira ticket number and will be monitored by
MAHLE customer support team till the closure of the complaint
11) The lead time of the complaint resolution for failures is 72 hours in case of hardware
failure with free replacement

2. The product purchased is not been used according to instructions given by MAHLE
4. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Water
logging, misuse etc.)
1) Dealer will contact MAHLE technical support center via email or phone. First level contact
support will be provided to the dealership.
2) If it is determined after the initial contact that the VCI is faulty, the dealers will be asked to
contact MAHLE Customer Support.
4) MAHLE will provide a quote for repair after analysis of the part to dealership and after the
approval MAHLE will repair and ship the unit to Dealership.
5) In case for the purchase of new VCI after warranty, the dealership shall send the request for
quote to MAHLE and MAHLE will execute the quotation process.
