BUNKER RUN HOUSING

AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants by Kalahari Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Kalahari”) and you, the
employee of Kalahari Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as “you” and/or “Employee”), signing this agreement, IT IS HEREBY
AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. NATURE OF HOUSING: Bunker Run Housing (BRH) is a privilege provided incidental to your employment at Kalahari. Access for
employees of Kalahari to BRH is based on a contractual relationship between Kalahari and SABA III, LLC, the owner of the facility. BRH
may be used by authorized employees of Kalahari and such other persons as determined by SABA III, LLC.

2. NON-EXCLUSIVE LIMITED LICENSE TO USE: You are being granted a non-exclusive limited license to occupy and use BRH for an
indeterminate period that generally coincides with your employment at Kalahari. Neither you, Kalahari, nor SABA III, LLC intend for this
agreement to constitute a lease nor will it create or transfer to you any interest in or lien upon real estate. This agreement does not
create a landlord-tenant relationship between you and Kalahari and /or SABA, III. Your use and occupancy is being provided incidental
to the provision of an employment opportunity at Kalahari Resort.

3. HOUSING AND DEPOSIT FEES: You will be required to pay a housing fee for the time you occupy and use BRH. You will also be
required to pay a deposit fee to be used in the event you do not return BRH property which may be issued to you or you do damage to
the BRH facility or violate the rules and regulations of BRH. Your housing is reserved for you for the duration of your start and end date.
If you depart prior to your end date you will not receive your deposit as it will be in violation of the agreement. The Deposit is $300. Of
this $50 is non refundable and is kept for administrative fees. Deposits are due and expected upon check in.

4. ROOM TAX FEES - Any stay at Bunker Run of less then 30 days is required to have local and state sales taxes added. This tax is a
combined total of 12.25% (approximately $12.86 on a $105 rental). On any stays less then 30 days this tax will be added at time of
departure to the entire stay. The cost of these taxes will be taken out of your deposit if needed. If your stay is longer than 30 days
consecutive days, Room Tax Fees do not apply.

4. ROOM ASSIGNMENT AND ROOMMATES: You will be assigned a room by BRH management. You will likely have up to 3
roommates assigned to the same room. It is your responsibility to keep all personal items secure at all times. Kalahari and SABA III
have no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

5. ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT: This agreement cannot be assigned by either party.

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BRH: You agree to obey all rules and regulations of BRH which will be supplied to you in writing by
a separate instrument. BRH reserved the right to change the rules at any time. Failure to obey all rules and regulations will subject you
to discipline up to and including eviction from BRH and termination of employment by Kalahari.

7. Bedding and Supplies: A one time fee of $22 will be taken out of your paycheck via payroll deduction to help cover costs that are
associated with linen and supplies.

Room Entry
Kalahari Management, Security and Kalahari Maintenance reserves the right to enter your room in the interest of health,
safety, security, and building maintenance. When possible, advance notice of room entry will be given. Kalahari
management and Security employees are required to report any violations of housing regulations and/or terms of this
contract observed when in your room.

Authorized personnel may enter your room to:

A. Perform requested, preventive, prescheduled, or emergency maintenance;

B. Assess for any damages of a current resident or after a resident has vacated or evicted or

C. Silence a disruptive noise in the absence of occupants of the room.

D. We may also enter your room for a noise complaint to investigate from inside your room if the suspected room does
not answer the door.

Property can be searched, seized and removed from your Personal property and room by Kalahari Management and
security, if /when:

A. It constitutes an imminent danger

B. it is Kalahari owned property or

C. it is an unauthorized animal/pet.

D. Illegal drugs and or Alcohol that are in violation of Kalahari rules and regulations.

E. It is considered a weapon or gives the appearance of a weapon

Additional Policy
I understand the following:

1. I am responsible for reading the Handbook and will follow all the rules and regulations that are listed within it.

2. I understand my room will have inspections to ensure the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the
property.

3. I understand that if I leave my housing or end my employment, or if I am terminated, for any reason even if
proper notice to the Kalahari is given, I am not refunded my deposit. I understand I am expected to stay and
work the duration of my Contract Start and End Date as listed on my DS.

4. I understand that if I am evicted from Bunker Run Housing I will not be allowed or welcome back on Bunker Run
Property and I will not be given a refund of deposit or any other refunds.

5. I understand that once my contract date has past I must check out of housing.

6. Once you check out of housing you are expected to not be at housing, not even to visit as you are no longer a
resident. Being on property past your check out is considered trespassing.

7. I understand that all issues with the room must be logged on my Housing Portal.

8. I understand that all room moves must be approved with the housing office before moving to another room.

Housing Deduction Fee

I authorize Kalahari Development LLC to deduct $210 bi-weekly, as a housing fee for the license to occupy
and use the Kalahari Associate Housing (KAH) owned by SABA III, LLC.

Housing Fee Deduction

I authorize Kalahari Development LLC to deduct a mandatory one time fee of $22, as a housing that
contribute to the cost of my linen and starter box received at check in.
