 Catia, AutoCAD 2d
 Basic NC program knowledge or the ability to learn programing.
 Monitoring the effectiveness of all quality inspection(In-process inspection, Raw material inspection, pre-
dispatch inspection)
 Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometer, profile projector, hardness
tester, surface roughness tester, all types of plug, ring, special gauges).
 Able to visually inspect for defects.
 Preparing FPA (first part approval) Report for new development of parts/component.
 Assuring supplier inspection report are ok as per the actual part and so as to meet drawing.
 Developing control plans, new formats, new developments and control charts.
 PPAP, SPC, MSA, able to make as per process.
 Responsible for quality and process related issues. Customer complaint analysis finish products, packing,
spare dimension reports as per engineering drawing.
 Conducted several suppler audits as part of suppler risk management.
 Monitoring and work on daily rejection.
 Able to concentrate, focus, and pay strict attention to detail to fulfill roles and responsibilities.
 Ability to read and interpret part and assembly Drawings.
 Knowledge of documentation of production, quality.
 Able to use related computer application.
 Typing speed is 45WPM in English
 Able to work in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, word.
 Able to do plan for production as per NC machines.
 Ensure that correct material (e.g. type and quantity) was issued per plan and is free from defects.
