Statistics QMT181, Madam NURUL BARIYAH BINTI IBRAHIM for her support and
advice in complete this group assignment. We very appreciate to her because she helps us
about the assignment project and explain on how to finish the report. May Allah reward her
for all her efforts. This project paper taught us how to handle the project and also tested our
abilities mentally and physically.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of study

Statistics is the science that collects, organises, presents, analyses, and interprets data.
Based on the data analysis, conclusions about the characteristics of the population may be
derived, and decisions about future action can be taken. The phases of statistical analysis
include gathering data, analysing it, and making conclusions. User satisfaction is a
marketing word that refers to how well an organization's products or services meet or
exceed the user's expectations. User satisfaction surveys will assist the business in
measuring satisfaction by identifying dissatisfied consumers and locating prospective
advocates. To learn more about statistics, the researcher wants to investigate the
effectiveness of vaccine covid-19 satisfaction toward adult in State of Kelantan. Most
adult in Kelantan take a vaccine to boosts the clustering immune system. The question is,
whether the vaccine is safe and whether it has no side effects on the receiver experiences?
Here, we include some analysis of the study about this.
