JOINT-AFFIDAVIT

We, RACHELLE LOU O. PUNZALAN, RAYMOND LOUIE O. PUNZALAN,

and REINEER LOUIE O. PUNZALAN, all of legal age, Filipino Citizens, and
with residence and postal address at 1460 Labores Extension, Pandacan,
Manila, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state:

1. That we are the incorporators and directors of La Soledad Academe,

Corp., a family corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of the
laws of the Republic of the Philippines;

2. That La Soledad Academe, Corp. school building is presently

constructed and situated on certain parcels of land located at Purok 3,
Barangay Soledad, San Pablo City;

3. That we siblings are the registered owners of the said parcels of

land bearing Transfer Certificate of Title Numbers: 075-2018001182 075-
20180011823 and 075-2018001184 located at the aforementioned
address;

4. That we, being siblings and family corporates and officers of LSA
Corp., do hereby conveying and granting the aforesaid properties in favor
of La Soledad Academe Corp.;

5. That we undertake full responsibility of operating and managing the

said school family corporation;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and

veracity of the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purposes it
may serve best;
