The intended learning audience will be the students who take nail care course.
In this project, the students will experience different products that are
appropriate in curing nails. However, learners will experience different
challenges like, difficulty in choosing the appropriate product curing nails.
Learners should maintain patience and being a good listener. Lastly, the
instructional designer will do interviews and meeting with learners to get
information.
INSTRUCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT
the instruction will be delivered through face-to-face, blended and online so
that students will develop their skills in nail care. Also, students can easily
access the material through online or they could also access it through
hardcopy. The learners will take this course with a span of 3 months. Learners
will demonstrate the appropriate product curing nail. Instructors will just guide
the learners during their demonstration.
TRANSFER (APPLICATION CONTEXT)
the learners will apply their newly acquired skills in just 2 to 3 weeks if they
practice hard. Learners will face challenges in applying their newly acquired
skills. Learners will use their newly acquired skills in their everyday life. They
can used this as one of the resources of money.
EVALUATION
The instructional training will be evaluated after 3 months of training. And it can
be evaluated by the TESDA. Also, learners will demonstrate their newly
acquired skills in order to determine if the instruction is effective.
