The Fruit I Like Best

Fruits are beautiful gift of nature. There are many types of fruit having different
varieties and varying tastes. They are grown in all over the world with various colour
and size. All colourful fruits in Myanmar are very delicious. Therefore, I do like
fruits. Among them, I like avocado. It is my favorite fruit.

Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain vitamins and


minerals. Moreover, avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K and B-6 as well
as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid , magnesium and potassium. They also
provide lutein, beta-carotene and omega-3 fatty acids.

Avocados may even have a role to play in cancer treatment, with some
research, finding that phytochemicals extracted from avocado can selectively inhibit
the growth of precancerous and cancerous cells and cause the death of cancer cell,
white encouring the proliferation of immune system cells called lymphocytes.

Avocados are a fun food to eat, which can reduce your risk of heart disease.
Nonetheless, avocado should be avoided by pregnant and breastfeeding women. It
reduces milk production and has even been known to damage the mammary gland.

Everything that you need to know about avocados is that it can be your best
friend. There are a lot of avocado recipes such as crispy avocado tacos, easy avocado
recipes. Lots of vitamin & minerals in avocado are suitable for all men & women for
their happy life in marriage.

In Myanmar, it is mainly grown in Pyin Oo Lwin in Mandalay region. The


weather in Pyin Oo Lwin is more cold and rain than other region in Myanmar. You
can eat the green colour of avocado as a curry or juice. In the cold reason, plenty of
avocados are easy available and their price is cheap. In summer, they are expensive.
The price is above the level of 1000 Ks per one. When sugar and milk add to avocado
and shake well, it becomes better tasty avocado juice.

It smell can attract me and also make my mind motivated. When I am having
avocado juice, it is my pleasure. It makes me strong and healthy our physical and
mental. I like avocados very much because the pulp of the fruit and its juice provide
instant energy during summer months in Myanmar.

In addition to, to be healthy to eat more avocados every day. Having infinite
properties and health benefits in avocado, that is why this delicious fruit is my favorite
fruit.
