 Headache.  Mental health disorders.

 A cold.  Trauma.
 Diabetes.
 Overweight.
 use of alcohol and tobacco.
 Anxiety.
 Depression.
LIST OF POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

 You should drink herbal tea.


 You should take headache pills.
 You should cut down on starches.
 You should wrap up warm and drink hot things for
cold.
 you should control the level of glucose in the blood.
 you should do intense physical exercise.
 You should sleep your full hours.
 You should avoid sources of stress.
 You should plan your day to day.
HEALTH PROBLEMS IN YOUNG PEOPLE

INTRODUCTION

The most common health problems in young people are related to growth and
development, diseases in adolescence, mental health disorders, stress,
depression, anxiety, are the main causes of death and disability among
adolescents.

DEVELOPING

Today young people have health problems, due to lifestyles, they are commonly part
of the behavior of each person in the environment where they live with a habit of
smoking, drinking alcohol, in an environment where there is the danger of generating
common diseases in the young.

We find some common diseases in young people that can be generated:

 Headache.
 Stress.
 A cold.
 Diabetes.
 Overweight.
 use of alcohol and tobacco.
 Anxiety.
 Depression.
 Mental health disorders.
 Violence.
 Trauma.

Currently we must look for alternative solutions where young people can be provided
with good health care by promoting a process of change in the lifestyle of young
people, as alternative solutions to their problems, among them we have some
alternatives:
CONCLUSIONS

 Parents should listen to their children when they have health problems,
since many times parents leave our children aside without listening to
them.
 Young people should change their lifestyle, to have good health and live in
a harmonious environment without any problems.
 Young people need guidance that allows them to correct their mistakes
and have a healthy health.
 It is necessary to seek external help to improve our quality of life.
