VISA EXTENSION PROCESS

There are several things you need to know about Visa Extensions, especially if you think
you will want to stay for longer than 30 or 60 days depending on your visa type.

Here are the steps you will need to follow:

• Once in Bali contact us directly for your visa extension on whatsapp.

• Forward us a copy of your passport and the visa stamp you received with the date
stamp.

• You can organize for your passport and money to be dropped at our office or we
may be able to organize a courier at a reasonable price from your accommodation.

• We take passports to Immigration where we complete all the necessary paperwork

and Immigration start the Visa extension process with your passport.

• Immigration will notify us when they require you to come to immigration for
Biometrics. (photograph and fingerprints) This can take 5 -7 working days.

• We make arrangements with you to meet you at immigration in Nusa Dua for
fingerprints and photos. This process normally takes 30 to 40 minutes (unless there
computer systems are down)

• Immigration continues to process your visa extension with your passport.

• We collect your passport from immigration when they notify us that your extension is
complete and we then make arrangements with you to drop it back to you.

• The total cost is 850,000.00 IDR per extension including all agency fees, immigration
fees and their extra administration costs.

• You will only need to go to immigration for the first extension. We can process the
further extensions on your behalf without you having to go to immigration.

Please note the total processing time can be 14 BUSINESS DAYS (This does not include
weekends and public holidays).

The other option is to do a 2, 4 or 7 days express extension. This service will cost extra.

The benefits of having an agent is that we are there to assist you, complete all the paper
work and you do not have to wait around all day waiting for your number to be called.
