OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

1. To understand the recruitment and selection process of SUCO Bank.

2. To know the effective media that disseminates vacancy information.
3. To study the effectiveness of interview technique in recruitment and selection process.
4. To identify the individual problems and confusions in payroll of the SUCO Bank.
5. To identify the HR role in Payroll system and thereby analyze the satisfactory level of
employees.
6. To establish the internal control for the pay roll cycle by the H.R. department which
ensure an adequate segregation of duties, proper authorization of transaction, an
accurate and timely recording of expenditure.
7. To identify and suggest scopes of improvement on the Recruitment and Selection of
SUCO Bank.
