Minior project- Extraction of Vitamin B12 from Molasses

A process for producing vitamin B12, which comprises cultivating a vitamin B12-producing micro-
organisms of the genus Arthobacter under aerobic condition in a culture medium. In this review, an
updated overview of the main pretreatments and determination methods that have been used is given.

Major project - Design of Cryogenic Storage Tank

Cryogenic liquids are typically stored in devices called Dewar flasks which are double-walled
containers that have a vacuum between the walls for insulation. cryogenics have wide applications,
such as, in chemical industries, food industries etc.
