警告一次,原因如下:

公司及项目要求办公室人员打卡时间为上午 8:00 前,下午 6:00 后。为避免因堵车等影响上班


时间,上班打卡时间延后 10 分钟打卡都属正常打卡时间范围;每月正常上班打卡天数按照 26 天
记,本月累计打卡不正常次数严重超过员工手册制度要求,累计 17 天不正常打卡,且严重影响
在岗期间工作效率,工作任务也无法按时完成,根据相关规定,给与严重警告一次,希望及时调
整作息时间,按时上下班,避免给个人及公司造成不必要麻烦。

公司规定,迟到/早退 1 小时以上者记旷工一天处理,凡旷工者扣除当天的全部薪酬,连续旷
工 3 天以上(含三天)或一年内累计旷工 15 天,公司将予以辞退处理,且不给与任何赔(补)
偿金。

员工若有异议,可在收到该警告后五个工作日内以书面形式向部门领导和人力资源部提出意
见。

order to avoid affecting the working time due to traffic jam, the clock in time is delayed by 10 minutes,
which belongs to the normal clock in time range; The number of normal clocking days per month is
recorded as 26 days. The cumulative number of abnormal clocking in this month seriously exceeds the
requirements of the employee handbook, and the cumulative number of abnormal clocking in 17 days,
which seriously affects the work efficiency during the on-the-job period, and the work tasks cannot be
completed on time. According to the relevant regulations, a serious warning is given, hoping to adjust
the work and rest time in time and go to and from work on time, Avoid unnecessary trouble to
individuals and companies.
According to the company's regulations, those who are late / leave early for more than 1 hour will be
recorded as absenteeism for one day. If they are absent from work for more than 3 consecutive days
(including 3 days) or 15 days in a year, the company will dismiss them without any compensation
(compensation).
