(Guidelines to fill online)

1. Photograph:
a. Maximum size: 1MB
b. Format: JPG or JPEG files
c. Photograph should be in Portrait mode.
d. Specify your Full Name in the photo as per the sample.
e. The filename should also contain your Full Name, Eg: Jack_Sarkar_Photo.jpg
2. Signature:
a. Scan with white background.
b. Maximum size: 1MB
c. Format: JPG or JPEG files.
d. Photograph should be in Landscape mode.
e. Specify your Full Name in the photo as per the sample.
f. The filename should also contain your Full Name, Eg: Jack_Sarkar_signature.jpg
3. Resume:
a. Maximum size: 2MB
b. Format: PDF
c. Photograph should be inserted in the first page.
d. Signature shoud be inserted in the Last Page(End).
e. The filename should also contain your Full Name, Eg: Jack_Sarkar_Resume.pdf
Note: All files(Resume, Signature & Photograph) should be stored in local storage, system will
not accept files uploading from Google Drive or similar cloud storage.
4. Others Data Fields:
a. All Data Fields according to the relevance are mandatory.
b. Position Applied For: (Ref. Interview Call Letter / Check with Placement Incharge)
c. How did you hear about this position: Select Relevant Source, If through Campus Select “Campus
2022”.
d. Have you any relatives in MRF? : If you have any close blood relative, write the necessary details
otherwise write “Nil”.
e. Have you any relatives working for tyre companies, tyre dealers or tyre retreaders?: : If you
have any close blood relative, write the necessary details otherwise write “Nil”.
f. EYE Sight: Those who are using Spectacles should mention the Power of the lens presently
using, others mention “NA"
g. Family Background: Fill up all the necessary details in the Family Details data field Including
Brother or Sister, Spouse as applicable.
h. Academic Achievements: Fill up the details of SSC(10th). HS(+2), UG, PG as applicable, Campus
Candidates should mention their present course details and % of Marks to be calculated till the
results published. Principal Subject: eg BE/ B Tech Mechanical : Write Mechanical.
i. Extra-Curricular Activities: Eg: Sports, Games, NCC, NSS, etc
j. Work Experience: As applicable
