name field, First name,middle
name and Family name must be
entered in the respective fields.
For examplye:if full name is tara
Prasad malaha,then,
First Name:tara
Middle Name:Prasad
Surname:Malaha
If there are two words in the
applicant's full name as "Shyam
Napal",then

First Name:Shyam
Middle Name:
Surname:Nepal

3.Telephone contact number of

the applicant must be provided
with STD code (in case of land
line/CDMA)

4.Date of birth and the

permanent address must match
with information mentioned in
academic document or
citizenship certiflcate.

5.Applicant must mention one

of the documents as an
identiflcation certiflcate, from
citizenship certiflcate,passport
or admission card of the last
examination.This document
has to be presented for
receiving the admit card of the
entrance examination.

7.Applicant must upload

recently taken digital photh
300*350pixel(width by height)
of prescribed speciflcation.
please see the photo
speciflcation for details.

8.After uploading your photo,

you have to press Next Button
to see your details.If there is
any mistake,please edit the
information by pressing edit
button. "DO NOT PRESS BACK
BUTTON OR REFREH BUTTON
OF BROWSER"for editing your
information." the information
provided in the application form
is the sole reaponsibility of the
applicant.There would not be
any alteration from the
administration after
submission.Make sure that
every information provided is
true and correct before
submission.

9.multiple entry is strictly

prohibited,be careful to fill up
your form.

10.After Aproved Application

from collage,applicant will get
a Approved message on your
Student portal.In Stundent portal
you will receive
Approved/Reject Application
Infromation.If Application is
Approved you can print your
admit card from your student
protl.You can print it any time
by entering your name and
password in your Student
portal.

Photograph must be recently
taken.No older than six months
before.
The photograph(image)
submitted by you must meet
the following speciflcation.
Otherwise your entery will be
disqualifled.

The way a person must appear

in submitted photo:

Focus:Photo must be in good

focus.

Head position:
Hesd position of the applicant
when photographed must
directly face the camera.
Applicant'head should not be
tilted up, down,or to the side,
and must be front-faced.
Applicant's head should cover
about 30% to 50% of the area of
the photo.

Background
Background of the applicant
when photographed must be in
front of a neutral,light-colored
plai background with dark or
patterns will not be accepted.

Other ltems:
the applicant when
photographed must not wear
objects like sunglasses or any
othere decorative items that can
detract from the face can't be
accepted.However simple
spectacles with plain glass can
be used while taking
photograph.
It is highly recommended not to
wear head coverinhs or hats
while taking photoghaph.But if
someone has to wear then it
should not obscure any portion
of the applicatn's face
Ways to make photo file:
there are two ways to make a
photo file:
the image file can be produced
by taking a new photogroph
using digital camera.
A photographic print can be
scanned with a digital scanner.
Instruction for making a digital
photo (image):
the submitted digital image
must meet the following
speciflcations:
Image File Format:the image
must be in the Joine
Photographic Experts Group
(JPEG)format with good
qualit.
While saving file the image
should not be crispy or blurry.

Image Resolution:350 pixels

high by 300 pixels for wide for
student photo.

Image File Size: the maximum

image file size is 300kilobytes
(300KB).

REDUCE THE
FILE SIZE?

Here are some tips reducing
the size of your file:
JPG format
Scan your socument at a lower
resolution (96DPI).
Remove all enpty space around
the image.
Shrink the image.
Reduce the JPG image quality.

TIFF and PNG format

scan your document at a lower
resolutio(96DPI).
crop the image to remove any
empty space around it.
Shrink the image.
Save the file in JPG format
instead.

HOW TO REDUCE
PHOTO SIZE TO

Reducing a photo's size is
necessary when the photo is
too big to fit as attachment
or another digital medium. You
can reduce image size using a
variety of methods, most of
which are simple to execute.
Reducing to 300KB in pixels
makes the photo an acceptable
size for many multimedia
programs. Some programes may
requiared additional commpression
and size reduction while others
accept a 300KB
file size

DETERMINE THE CURRENT SIZE

Before reducing a file, determine

the current file size. the method
for viewing photo file sizes
various based on your operating
system and default photo
software. fortunately, almost all
photo management programs
make it easy to retreve basic
information. Right-click on the
photo and select "info,detials"
or "photo setting" to locate the
size information . For example,
in google drive, select "view
Detials" and then nevigate to the
"Detials" tab to view the file size.
if the size is larger then 300KB,
you may need to resize it,
depending on how the image
 will be used.if the photo is
larger then 300KB by small
margine, resizing or cropping to
reduce background element
may help your photo fit into the
attachment or social media site.

PHOTO-EDITING SIFTWARE

Numberous photo-editing
programs exist; some offer very
basic resizing option , and
others, such as Adobe
photoshop , offer a robust and
complex set of tools.in the
microsoft ecosystem,you can
use paint or Picture Manager,
but paint is the most common
choice for resizing purposes.
The basic resizing process
Varies slightly across programs,
but you can usually locate a
resize tool in the program
toolbar or settings. In paint,
choose "Resize" from the
toolbar, and a Window opens
with Width and height options in
Pixeis. You can choose to
Maintain the ratio and adjust
only one dimension, and the
other automatically resizes to
maintain the correct proportion.
You can also resize based on a
Percentage. If your photo is 600
KB, resize by 50 percent to
make a 300 KB file size.

find online. You can locate a JPG size reduce or a
compression program with a
web in your browser to avoid
dowloading pesky software
programs. the files copressor
reduces the file size to an
attachment-friendly size that is
often well below 300KB
