Q28. A lady went for shopping and spent half of what she had on buying hankies and gave a rupee
to a begger waiting outside the shop. She spent half of what was left on lunch and followed
that up with two-rupee tip. She spent half of the remaining amount on a book and three
rupees on the bus fare. When she reached home, she found that she had exactly one rupee
left. Based on the above information, answer the following questions:

Q29. Rahul went to a zoo with his father on a weekend. He started counting the pigeons and
rabbits. He said to his father, ‘if their heads are counted, these are 90 and if I count the legs,
there are 224.”

passengers and takes in 96 more. At the next station, half of the passengers on board get
down while 12 new passengers get on board. The passenger on board now are 240.
