I am humbly filing an Administrative complaint for gross violation of lawyer’s

Code of Professional Responsibility, particularly under:

CANON 17 - A LAWYER OWES FIDELITY TO THE CAUSE OF HIS

CLIENT AND HE SHALL BE MINDFUL OF THE TRUST
AND CONFIDENCE REPOSED IN HIM.

CANON 18- A LAWYER SHALL SERVE HIS CLIENT WITH

COMPETENCE AND DILIGENCE.

SOCORRO ESPINOZA VILLARMIA, FERNANDEZ & TAN Law Offices, 3F
Gilaida Building, 218-G R. Landon Extension, Cebu City, Philippines.

In support of my allegation, I am attaching to this complaint the following:

A. My Affidavit narrating the incidents and circumstances pertinent to my

allegation; and
B. My Letter addressed to Atty. Jose Mario Elino T. Tan dated 12 April
2015.

I am willing to cooperate in any investigation that may be conducted in relation to

my complaint.

accordingly be acted upon so that the appropriate penalty may be meted on Atty.
