DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by:

MAJ JESSIE T. LONOP, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with
residence and postal address at

referred to as the “DONOR”;

In favor of:

POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, a state

university created and existing under the Philippine Law, with postal
address at Anonas St., Sta. Mesa, Manila, represented by its PRESIDENT,
DR. EMANUEL C. DE GUZMAN, hereinafter referred to as the
“DONEE”;

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the absolute owner of that certain property and more
particularly described as follows:

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the foregoing, the DONOR by virtue

of these presents hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS by way of
donation, unto the DONEE, the above described personal property, free from all liens,
encumbrance and charges of whatever kind;

That the DONEE does hereby ACCEPTS the foregoing donation of the above-
mentioned property for which he expresses his sincerest appreciation and gratitude for
the kindness and liberty shown by the DONOR.
