PART 1: COMPANY PROFILE
Since the establishment of the company, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai has always tried his
best with the ideal of turning the company into one of the famous companies and one of
the leading companies in providing the best marketing services in the world market. The
company always tries and improves with the goal of "According to the absolute score of
customer satisfaction with the company's products and services". Therefore, the company
is making more and more efforts, improving itself to be the most suitable for current and
future customers. With a dynamic, creative and always up-to-date staff team combined
with experienced leaders in the field of marketing, the company always ensures to
provide excellent services to customers. The structure of the company is built into two
main parts, including the management system (Administrative council, Director,
Advisory) and the system of departments (project - plan department, finance - accounting
department). accounting department, Marketing department, research & development

department, administrative - legal department, appraisal department). But the system of
departments can change to suit the situation of the company or the projects that the
company pursues from which the departmental structure will be changed and new
departments can be formed to meet the needs of the company needs of each project.

PART 2: JOB DIARY
Internship duration:
• Internship time starts from May 15th, 2022, to June 03th, 2022
• Working time: Morning from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
Afternoon from 2 p.m to 5 p.m
Internship position: Marketing Department.
Tasks assigned during the internship:
• Arrange documents.
• Edit text and records.
• Information statistics of cooperative businesses.
• Print, copy, and scan documents.
• Attend seminars, talkshow.
• Contact customers.
• Prepare materials available for internal meetings.
• Get acquainted with other brothers and sisters.
• Refer to contract violations.
Result:
• Know how to organize documents neatly and logically.
• Know how to align text and some functions and operations in excel, word.
• Know how to find and filter information quickly.
• Know how to use printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Learn more experiences and business strategies from speakers.
• Know how to communicate with customers.
• Know how to prepare necessary documents for internal meetings
• Know some of the situations of contract violations and solutions.

PART 3: PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Going through the first internship, I got many helpful knowledge and experiences for
myself. I not only have a chance to put theories learned at university into practice but also
got many lessons from a real working environment. The internship is like a big test for
me to find out all my strengths and weakness I have got. Thanks to it, now I know what I
should do to better the essential skills for my future career.
Though I still had some curtain weaknesses, I felt satisfied with this internship since I
tried my best to complete all tasks I was given. In addition, it also brought me more good
relations at work and nice friends in life.

PART 4: EXPERIENCE LEARNED
After finishing the internships at the company, I have learned and gained many valuable
experiences for myself.
1. The initiative
A proactive person will more easily succeed, and the manager will appreciate your way
of working. When you go to work, you need to learn more things, so you have to actively
learn and learn from experienced people. You have to be proactive at work, and learn to
solve problems. Actively get to know, communicate with employees, and give their ideas
to work together more effectively. Thereby, the director will have a good view of your
capacity.
2. Practical experience
- I feel fortunate to have been able to practice since my freshman year, which helps me
gain more experience because going to work will be tougher than I imagined. I learned
more experience from practical sessions, skills, how to behave, communicate, talk to
superiors, and office knowing that I have not learned in class. This is an expensive lesson
that you can only learn when you work. This is also a preparation for you to graduate
with more confidence when applying for jobs and jobs.
3. Relationship
You should create a good relationship with the brothers/sisters in the company because if
you create a good relationship, everyone will be more comfortable sharing and guiding
you in your work. In addition, they will give you valuable values such as work
experience, practical knowledge on the job, job application skills, etc. From there you
will achieve good results in this internship.
4. Behavior - skills, knowledge
- When I first entered the business, I find the most important thing is communication
skills, and attitude to all the brothers and sisters in the company because this is the first
impression that I make. No matter where we are, at home, at school, or at work, we need
to know how to behave. As a freshman, this is the first time I've been exposed to such a
working environment, I don't know how to behave with fellow employees and superiors.
The practice sessions, it helped me improve myself better, and was loved and helped a lot
by everyone.
- Studying in class is not enough, we need to read more books, exchange outside, and
learn from other people's experiences. Besides, we need to cultivate and learn more soft

skills, and office skills to serve the work more smoothly, making us more confident when
encountering the working environment.

PART 5: FUTURE ORIENTATION
After conducting the module "Internship report 1" at THANH THAI GIA
INVESTMENT TRADE COMPANY LIMITED, I have a future orientation that:
1. Learning orientation
- I feel that I need to master the specialized knowledge learned at the school and expand
more information from other external knowledge from books, news channels, and
articles. From there, apply the knowledge learned at home The school combines real
situations on information channels to master the knowledge and gain experience from
encountered businesses.
- Improve and promote existing skills, and learn more skills for communication, work,
and daily life. Build a comprehensive employee image.
- Acquire, learn more practical experience, and develop your own thinking and
specialized knowledge. In addition, it is necessary to understand more information about
the major to support the job more fully.
- Expand your understanding of the outside world to have a more objective view.
2. Work orientation
- Internship at THANH THAI GIA INVESTMENT TRADE COMPANY LIMITED has
helped me understand what I want from my career in the future which will help me
pursue my career goals. In the future, I want to be a good businessman. To achieve that
perfection I find myself needing to add more knowledge.
- We need to be passionate about the job, and knowledgeable about it. If it's a passion,
nothing can stop us.
- After determining the passion for a career, we need to learn about that profession
carefully, to have a solid knowledge to go to job interviews and work. It is necessary to
determine the earliest direction so that when we graduate from school we will find a job
as soon as possible, because the situation of graduates having difficulty in finding a job is
a lot, so we need to determine the direction soon to your own advantage.
