Furthermore, the guidelines stipulated in the Department Order 220 series of 2020 shall still remain the basis of the processing of the applications, specifically the documentary requirements stipulated in Section 4.d of the said Department Order, to wit; 1. Accomplished Online Application Form 2. Passport or Travel Document; 3. Proof of overseas employment i.e. valid verified overseas employment, OEC, residence I.D.s, visa / re-entry visa, among others or permit to stay in the receiving country); 4, Proof of return to the Philippines (Boarding Pass or Airline Ticket or Stamp of Arrival) This Advisory shall take effect immediately.
