Greetings everyone I am Aarav Juneja of VIII-I. Today I am going to talk about the book The Famous Five: Five on Treasure Island. The author of the book is
Enid Blyton. The book is about Julian, Dick, and Anne, who are unable to spend their usual summer holidays in Polseath. They are invited to spend the
season with their Aunt Fanny and Uncle Quentin at their residence in the seaside town of Kirrin, Kirrin Cottage. They also meet his cousin Georgina, a bitter
and difficult girl who tries to act like a boy and is only called George. In the end, despite an awkward start, the cousins eventually become close friends, and
George introduces them to his beloved dog, Timothy, who secretly lives with the town's fisher boy, Alf. Since George's parents will not let him stay with
them. Although the plan fails, the boys can abandon the men on Kirrin Island. They return to the mainland to tell Uncle Quentin, Aunt Fanny, and the police
what happened. When the gold is found, George's family is the rightful owner, making them incredibly wealthy and allowing them to buy anything they
ever wanted. George's parents grant his only request, that he stay with Timmy. Due to Anne's close friendship with her cousins and the fact that the school
allows pets, George also agrees to accompany Anne to boarding school.
