Select orders in data sources.

SHEET – 1
1. Drag segment in column and sales in rows.
2. Click arrow of segment ➡ sort – descending.
3. Drag sales in color – click on color – Border – Black from automatic.
4. Drag sales on label. Change sheet name to Sales (By Segment).
5. In top right click on Sales (By Segment) – Edit title – Select <Sheet name> - change font & make center
align – Apply & ok.

SHEET – 2
1. Drag sales in column & region in rows.
2. Click arrow of region – sort – sort by (field) – Descending.
3. Drag sales in color & labels. Click on color – Border – Black from automatic.
4. Drag sales on label. Change sheet name to Sales (By Region).
5. In top right click on Sales (By Region) – Edit title – Select <Sheet name> - change font & make center align
– Apply & ok.

SHEET – 3
1. Drag category in rows and sales in labels/text then select pie chart from show me.
2. Click arrow of 🍕Sales – Quick table calculation – percentage of total (Become 🍕Sales🔺). Drag it to label.
3. Click arrow of 🍕Sales🔺 – format – number – percentage (2 decimal).
4. Drag sales & category in Label. Now drag them as – Category (coloured) – Category (text) – Sum Sales
(circle) – Sum Sales (text) – Sum Sales 🔺 (text).

SHEET – 4
1. Click arrow of customer name – transform – click space key in use the separator & all in split off – Ok.
2. Rename customer split off 1 & 2 by click arrow – rename – as FIRST & LAST NAME.
3. Click arrow of product name – transform – custom split – space key in use the separator & first in split off –
Ok.
4. Drag product name split 1 & product name in rows.
5. Click arrow of product name split 1 – group by – folder.

SHEET – 5
1. Drag region in country/region – change name to Location. Drag state below region to form hierarchy then
city and then state.
2. Drag country/region in rows & category in rows & sales in text. Then show me – horizontal bar.
3. Drag category in colors & make borders.
4. Click on + of country/region of rows – then + on region. Remove region by clicking on arrow – remove.
5. Click arrow of product name split 1 – rename – as Manufacturer.
