Background of the study

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our world rapidly and

enduringly. People have to maintain an appropriate social distance
while refraining from almost all everyday activities. Educators
around the globe are striving to make education possible in this
turbulent time. Blended learning and online learning have now
become the axes of modern education. It is time for us to take this
critical moment as an opportunity to re-examine our educational
goals and rethink possible pedagogies. In light of this, it is necessary
and urgent for educators, education researchers and related parties
to keep pace with the new normal in education. The scholarly field
has researched the effectiveness of implementing sustainable and
accessible learning models with help from emerging technologies.
Numerous institutions have started exploring how to make learning
more visible when physical contact is to be avoided.
Statement of the problem

The purpose of this Quantitatives tudy is to identify the student's

problem encountered during the new pandemic system and their coping
mechanism in Dasmarinas Integrated High School.
The researcher aims to collect the number of students' problems and
how they cope in the new normal education system, Further more this
study is aided by the following questions:
1. What are the things that make it difficult for the students and how can
they cope?
2.How do the students of Dasmarinas Integrated High School adjust
themselves due to the new normal?
3. what mechanism use by the student to cope their school problem?

Significance of the study

During the subsequent face-to-face lesson, the instructor facilitated
whole class discussions using relevant questions to elaborate on the
topics covered in the pre-class video. An example of a question used was
‘When should we employ positive reinforcement, negative
reinforcement, or punishment?’ Based on the students’ responses, the
instructor was able to provide more in-depth explanation of the subject
matter, or correct any student misunderstanding. This will help enhance
students’ comprehension of the subject content. The instructor also
discussed the notion of intrinsic motivation (e.g., the self-determination
theory). In addition to elaborating on the content, the instructor also
evaluated the students’ understanding by asking students to complete
small group discussion activities. An example of a small group discussion
activity was ‘Did you have any experience where you did not like
learning a subject or doing an activity? How would you motivate yourself
in that situation? Please try to use a mixture of intrinsic and extrinsic
motivation factors.’ Upon completion of the small group activity,
students from each group presented their views to the whole class. The
instructor, as well as the rest of the classmates provided feedback.
Scope and delimination in
the study
Scope _E-learning can be applied in two major ways: presenting
education content, and facilitating education processes. E-learning tools
can operate effectively operate within both carefully selected and
optimally integrated course design model and as emergent facilitators of
communication and learning in informal contexts.

Delimitations _DELIMITATIONS OF ONLINE LEARNING PROGRESS:

BARRIERS TO CURRENT ONLINE LEARNING PROGRESS AND CREATIVITY.
... The reasons for the acceptance of online learning may be due to a
variety of reasons ranging from lack of time to sit in a physical
classroom, transportation courses, family and work commitments and
more.
