Tbk. area Sorowako, membutuhkan tenaga handal untuk mengisi posisi :

JNR CIVIL ENGINEER

Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

To provide civil & structural engineering services, including design, assessment, analysisis, construct, repair, and
technical support, to ensure all structural assets are managed according to company standards complying to national
and/or international standards and to ensure assets integrity are within acceptable company risk matrices to achieve
company safety, production, and cost targets.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

 Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards, policies, and requirements in
Engineering Project area.
 Complete civil & structural engineering project including project scoping and alternatives, design, cost estimates,
engineering work packages, construction, commissioning, and closing in comply with PTI Engineering Standard &
Procedures.
 Provide technical assistances to operation and maintenance department for problem solving and engineering
consultation.
 Lead or involve in root cause analysis
 Develop civil & structural technical specification for equipment/materials purchase.
 Develop cost estimate in accordance with project scope of work and technical specifications.
 Create material requisition for all equipment & material required in the project assigned, review technical and
bid evaluation and propose to project engineer and project manager for the best tender offer.
 Produce tender scope of work (civil & structural), review technical bid and propose to project engineer and
project manager for the best tender offer.
 Prepare and collate civil & structural Engineering Work Package (EWP) documentation and commissioning
procedure, to ensure all aspects of construction, safety, and quality clearly defined.
 Perform periodic inspection to ensure the work is technically being performed in accordance with civil &
structural EWP requirements.
 Resolve technical issues during project execution and complete commissioning after project is completed, to
ensure the project meets the planned objectives
 Responsible for the quality, technical competence and professionalism of the engineering effort.
 Carry out intergrated engineering design using best current practice and be able to accept responsibility for a
safe and reliable result.
 Perform technical review for the civil & structural engineering designs
 Ensure project design is completed within the minimum necessary amount for engineering work.
 Maintain document records and close out EWR on project completion, to ensure comprehensive record is
available for subsequent reference.
 Recommend and review improvements to PTI Engineering Standards and Procedures for Superintendent or
Manager approval
 Identify, develop, justify and implement cost saving initiatives for Engineering work & equipment in his area of
responsibility.
 Identify capital expenditure requirement and develop business cases to request capital budget.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :
 Umum :
1. Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 48 tahun.
2. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
3. Mampu bekerja secara individual maupun dalam tim.
4. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur.
5. Aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
6. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
 Khusus :
1. Pendidikan minimum S1 Civil & Structural Engineering.
2. Pengalaman minimum 3 tahun.
3. Leadership skills.
4. Interaction Management skills (oral & written communication, motivational & human relations)
5. Knowledgeable of engineering operating systems.
6. Knowledgeable of Project Management systems and Principles.
7. Knowledgeable of Civil & Structural engineering, including but not limited to engineering design software
and manual calculations.
8. Knowledgeable of multidiscipline engineering design – mechanical, electrical & instrumentation.
9. Knowledgeable of the Nickel Production Process – from Raw Material to Final Product and Auxiliary System.
10. Knowledgeable on Contract Administration.
11. Knowledgeable of project cost estimation.
12. Knowledgeable in Safety system (EHS & MHS) and policies.
13. Computer & Internet literate.
14. Knowledgeable of Management of Change.
15. Knowledge of applicable laws, company standards and policies.
16. Knowledge of applicable engineering design standards, national and international standards.
17. Bahasa Indonesia and English language.
