PT. Harapan Sejahtera Utama (PT. HSU), perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Penyedia Jasa Tenaga Kerja bagi PT. Vale
Indonesia Tbk. area Sorowako, membutuhkan tenaga handal untuk mengisi posisi :

QA/QC MC

Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Responsible for all Civil & Structural works inspection related to installation, testing and commissioning of the
capital and operating project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards, National &
International codes & standards, start from design phase, construction phase and handover of the project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

• Comply with all PTVI EHS procedures, standards and policies in Capital and Operating project area.
• Check the completion of civil & structural installation works for accuracy
• Check and review Construction Contractor ITP document according to the project scope and design.
• Review work methods and procedure for compliance with good quality work and check procedure and
equipment to be used in test.
• Review and sign test certificates as per relevant ITP document
• Raise Non-conformances report in case of work not as per technical specification and assist in developing
corrective actions
• Coordinate with Construction Contractor QC inspector for the resolution of site problems
• Perform quality inspection of civil and structural construction work as per standard and specification and
provide the quality control report
• Assist contractor in the resolution of drawing interpretation
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Check and review mark-up drawing and documentation developed by construction contractor
• Review and approve quality control report provided by construction contractor
• Check civil & structural construction drawings to ensure a comprehensive package issued that is fully
understood and constructible
• Provide support to resolve technical issues during project execution and commissioning phase to ensure
the project meets the planned objectives.
• Able to read and understand technical document written in English
• Cooperatively work with project team with communicating ideas effectively

Persyaratan (Qualification) :
 Umum :

1. Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 48 tahun.

2. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
3. Mampu bekerja secara individual maupun dalam tim.
4. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur.
5. Aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
6. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
7. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 yang ketiga (Booster), dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat
Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

 Khusus :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3 sesuai posisi yang dibutuhkan.

2. 2 tahun pengalaman konstruksi sipil dan struktural di Pertambangan, Industri Metalurgi dan/atau
Pembangkit Listrik proyek lebih disukai
3. Previous exposure to construction of office/administrative buildings, public & mine haul road, flyover,
bridges, port facilities, workshops, steel structures for process plant, slope strengthening/stability,
and/or concrete structures is preferable.
4. Have adequate knowledge of inspection and testing procedures such as material identification,
hammer test, CBR test, concrete slump test and soil investigation.
5. Welding Inspector Certification is preferable
6. Have adequate knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations relating to
civil and structural works.
7. Knowledge of safety legislation and regulation
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
