1) The large cave opening into the hill shows no attempt to camouflage its presence.

It leads to a bare
tunnel that appears to have been crudely carved into the rock. The tunnel leads down for about twenty
feet at a gentle slope before evening out. Shortly after evening out holes appear on the wall. The
openings start about four feet above the wall. Thin and narrow they are roughly two feet tall but only
about five inches wide, though they are tapered outward.

2) This large room is quite spartan containing a crude table, several stools and a box containing a
number of arrows. The floor is strewn with debris; mostly small bones and other scraps of discarded
food.

3)The walls of this long wide corridor are covered in primitively painted murals depicting famous battle
victories of orcs over the armies of dwarves, elves and humans. The painted heroes are engaged in
absurdly spectacular feats of valor and skill at arms.

4) This room contains only refuse.

5) This room stinks of death, filth and rot. On the northern wall is a large white alter of sorts raised
about a foot above the floor. Upon the alter is an executioners block . The block and the area around it
are splattered with dry bloodstains. Above the block on the wall a patch of dried blood has been
painted. In the center of the patch a white hand has been drawn and colored in chalk.

A large hollowed out log that resembles a horses watering trough is attached to the west wall about four
feet off the ground. The trough is filled with a dark orangish juice and pulp of some fruit.

No sooner than you enter four very large, apparently very angry orcs rush the party.

6) This chamber appears to serve as a storage room of some sort as well as a bedchamber. There are
several barrels and crates haphazardly strewn about the room. To the west a crude bed has been
fashioned with a straw mattress. Its blanket seemingly made from a collection of battle banners sewn
together. A small table stands on a filthy brown carpet. A chest also sits against the wall.

7) This room has a number of roughly carved statues of orc warriors and shamans. In the center of the
room is a large open fire pit, its flickering light causes the shadow’s of the statues to loom large, swirling
and dancing about the walls. The orcs seem to use this room as a communal gathering and eating area.
The room is cluttered with orcish junk: crude mining tools, large cooking pots, eating utensils, half cured
hides used for sleeping mats, etc.

The room is occupied by a great number of orcs, the majority appear to be female or young, though the
males present rush forward intent on inflicting violence upon your merry band.

8) This room appears to be a tomb. A dozen stone sarcophagi stand raised throughout the room. They
seem to be used as beds and tables as they are covered in food, pillows and sleeping mats.

The occupants, ten large orcs waste no time in engaging the party.

9) This room is clearly a sleeping quarters. A mat of hides rests on the ground covered with a blanket
stitched together from battle standards of all kinds. An alter has been erected in the north eastern
corner. Around the shrine are littered a number of shattered skulls representing the races of human, elf,
gnome and Halfling as well as many of the goblin races. An image of a broken leg bone has been carved
into the face of the alter.

10) The walls of this room are covered in an odd assortment of graffiti, a conglomeration of archaic
runes, symbols and glyphs. The room is cluttered with an assortment of wizardly paraphernalia: a
ceremonial rattle made from a kobold skull mounted on a short wooden wand and filled with pebbles,
bracelets and anklets made from an assortment of bone, teeth and feathers, ceremonial masks made of
carved wood or tooled leather, etc. Against the northern wall is a large covered barrel. In the center of
the room is a large open wine cask filled with fermenting moon melons, rinds and all. The room also
contains a crude bed with a straw mattress, a table with a single chair, a chest and a large clay jug.
