CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Discussion about conflict management

The process of resolving disputes includes reducing undesirable effects and
prioritising favourable consequences. This essential management skill involves negotiations,
creative issues, and using different strategies according to the circumstances. The main motto
of conflict management is to find the leading cause and relation of the problems and the
decision-making in the management (Pekarsky et al. 2021). The management system is all
dependent on the unique decision-making system that may change the whole system based on
various systems and issues. However, the leading relative causes and systems of the
management may get fractionated based on the decisions that have been made for any
particular project system. The five various conflict management systems and strategies are
used based on the situations and other systems (Huang et al. 2021). There are various aspects
that are relatable while using the theory of conflict management for the system of
management.
This essential management ability entails negotiations, and imaginative problem-
solving, including using different strategies according to the circumstance (Nguyen et al..
2021). A system can manage emotional conflict, improve customer happiness, or achieve
better business outcomes by managing conflict effectively.
Conflicts need not still be the result of one or more workers being at fault, though it
also often is. Employees that threaten the status quo & fight for the change they believe will
help the firm can be a sign that there is still a high level of employee engagement. Conflict
can also signal that employees feel confident enough even to question each other that the firm
will fairly resolve their issues (Machado et al. 2021). When properly handled, conflict
resolution could even improve organisational learning inside a business through the questions
which are raised. Thus conflict management can help to solve the issues in any business and
moreover can help to boost the accuracy along with the efficiency of the system.
