1. PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN

Bidder shall develop detailed execution plans, procedures and organisation charts based
on the scope of work as described in Appendix C1 – Project Description and Scope of
Work.

Contractor shall also develop detailed execution plans, procedures and organisation
charts during execution of the Work that align with this plan and organisation. Any
change to this plan and organization require the prior approval of Company in writing.

This Appendix shall be read and construed in conjunction with other Appendices
concerning or affecting Contractor’s execution of the Work.

Nothing contained in this Appendix shall be construed as reducing or diminishing any of

Contractor’s obligations described elsewhere in the Contract
