ORDER :

Governmentvide reference 1st read above , appointed Sri Naiem Ahamed Khan ,

Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor , Assistant Sessions Judge Court , Nuzvid ,

Krishna District . Further vide reference 2nd read above , he has been appointed as
Addl .Public Prosecutor ,XV Additional District Judge Court ,Nuzvid , Krishna District .

The Director of Prosecutions (FAC ) vide reference 3rd read above , forwarded the

resignation of Sri Naiem Ahamed Khan , Advocate for the post of Additional Public
Prosecutor , Assistant Sessions Judge Court , Nuzvid , Krishna District as he was

appointed as Addl . Public Prosecutor , XV Additional District Judge Court , Nuzvid ,

Krishna District and also requested to appoint Addl .Pubiic Prosecutor ,XV Additional District
Judge Court , Nuzvid , Krishna District as in -charge for the post of Additional Public
Prosecutor ,Assistant Sessions Judge Court ,Nuzvid ,Krishna District .

Government ,after careful examination of the matter ,hereby accept the resignation of
Sri Naiem Ahamed Khan , Advocate for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor ,

Assistant Sessions Judge Court , Nuzvid , Krishna District and also appoint Addl . Public

Prosecutor , XV Additional District Judge Court , Nuzvid , Krishna District as in -charge

for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor , Assistant Sessions Judge Court , Nuzvid ,
Krishna District .
