 Midterm
• Wednesday February 2, 2022 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM IST
– DON’T BE LATE!!!!!
• Two hour (120 min)
• Work alone and reference everything that is not your own content
– Midterm will be submitted to Turnitin for originality review
• Will cover chapters Ch 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 20, 22, 26, 27, 28
(Meade), Ch 5, 9, 10, 11 (Hostetler & Kahl) from our textbook
• Review lecture slides to get a general idea of topic
• Five questions, each being of equal value in points (20 each)
– All questions will be essay
– Three questions will have sub-questions
– Maximum of 500 words
• Read through all questions before starting
• Start with the easy questions first and take your time
• Read the question carefully
• All answers must be on the same document as midterm questions
 Studying for the Midterm
• Submit as PDF…..no Pages files
• Submit only one file
• No bullet point, write in paragraph form
• Name your file your name (please)
• Try not to focus on the specifics, understand the main concepts
from each chapters
• Focus more on chapters Ch 4, 5, 6, 12, 22, 26, (Meade), Ch 5, 9, 10,
11 (Hostetler & Kahl) from our textbook
• Review slides but don’t spend too much time
• No definitions but know the terms used in the textbook
• If question asks to list items and provide explanation as well
• Quality writing over quantity
– Don’t ramble on, get to the point
– Provide sentence structure not point form
• PROOFREAD YOUR WRITING!!!
– If I can’t understand it, the answer will receive a zero
