The Ultimate Facebook Ad Template

My 7-element formula for getting clicks, leads

and sales ... every single time.

1
If you’ve been working your tail off to build a
presence on Facebook, tell me if any of the
following statements sound familiar to you:

“I post to my Facebook fan page several times a

day, every single day, but nobody seems like to
like, comment or share my posts.”
I’ve got a “I’ve been running Facebook ads, but I don’t get

question any clicks or leads. It’s a waste of money.”

“I don’t even know if my ad copy is good and

for you: effective or not.”

If you’ve answered “Yes!” to any of the above

statements, you’ll want to stick around, because
the rest of this template was made specifically
for you.

Here’s the truth
about getting
seen and heard
on Facebook...
Making sure that your content is seen by the right people on Facebook can
be a frustrating and confusing process if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s not difficult, and that it CAN be done.

How do I know this? Because I have scaled my online business from a 6 to 8

figure empire by running Facebook ads.

The best and most effective way to accomplish this? With paid ads.

But...just running ads isn’t enough.

You have to run ads that WORK. This means getting your copy, images and
ad strategy right. Get this part wrong, and you may as well flush your hard-
earned cash down the toilet.

This is why I made this template for you.

On the following pages, I’ve laid out the 7 key elements that every successful
Facebook ad has, that I’ve personally been using to grow my following, get
more clicks, leads and sales, day in and day out.

Let’s jump right in.

Now let’s break it down into the 7
elements I mentioned earlier :

Element #1: Ask a relatable question

Start off your ad by asking your audience a question that
addresses an intense pain point of theirs.

hi . . .
Element #2: Build rapport
Next, tell a story that shows you get them: The struggles,
challenges and frustrations they’re facing that
are causing them pain.

7

Element #3: Offer a unique solution
If you have a video training, webinar or challenge that will help
take away this pain your audience is struggling with, this is the
perfect opportunity to reel them in with a brief but to-the-
point mention of it.

Element #4: Make a time-sensitive call-to-action
This is where you’ll offer more detail about your limited-time
video training, webinar or challenge to further whet your
audience’s appetite for what you have to offer.

9

Element #5: Use native images
The best ads don’t stick out like a sore thumb—they blend in
with the content on a user’s Facebook news feed. This means
that that they don’t look too polished or professional. When
considering the visual elements of your ads, use images of
real people (like yourself), not models, along with contrasting
colours to grab your audience’s attention. The images used
should look like they were taken on your phone so it doesn’t
look like an ad.

Element #6: Use a key benefits statement
Do you have a solution that will help your audience overcome
a particular challenge they are facing or reach an aspiration
they have? Use it in your ad to get that click!

11

Element #7: Use a cliffhanger
One of the best ways to pique your audience’s interest
is to tease them with what you have to offer without
actually revealing it is, prompting them to click on your
ad to find out more.
