White Label Service Agreement

This White Label Service Agreement is effective from (Date)

Between: Book Writing Founders located at

And: Daniele Baio (Baio Holistic) Located at

Whereas Book Writing Founders is the Service provider and Daniele is the White Label Associate.

This is to certify that all the work that Book Writing Founders will be carrying out on behalf of Daniele
will be completely white labeled. Book Writing Founders will have no claim to the work done,
whatsoever. Also, Book Writing Founders will be a fixed percentage on every client brought in by
Daniele. The commission amount will be paid to Daniel once the client has paid the agreed amount in
full to Book Writing Founders. The percentage that Book Writing Founders will pay on every client that
has been brought in by Daniele would vary, depending on the number that both parties mutually agree
upon.
