FACILITATOR (Job ID No. 5831) under the Human Resource Management and Development
Division of your Field Office. I am Benjamin P. Bautista Jr., 29 years old; with a degree in Bachelor
of Arts in Mass Communication at the Ateneo de Davao University, a Licensed Professional
Teacher, and holder of a Career Service Professional Eligibility from Civil Service Commission.

I formerly worked as a Social Marketing Officer of KALAHI-CIDSS, one of the Department of Social
Welfare and Development’s Promotive Programs under Contract of Service (COS) employment.
Under direct supervision of the agency’s Regional Information Officer, I was tasked to develop
and implement a regional communication plan to increase public awareness and build support
for KALAHI CIDSS. This includes producing media output for DSWD Field Office XI’s website and
social media pages, such as press releases, news and feature articles, photo and video
documentation.

Currently, I am holding the position of Records Assistant in the Human Resource Department of
Davao City Water District since August 6, 2021.
