The company was growing the production to 10k units per day to 50+ k per day and was
adding others kind of styles like a hoodies.

I had the opportunity to help open and create all productive processes and procedures of
this company.
The most commons garments made at the beginning were short and long sleeve t shirts,
sports shorts, hoodies, polo shirts and others kind of garments like it.
I designed all productions areas layouts.
2016 Production and Engineer Legacy Global Sports MFG
This company was a new factory dedicated to sports uniforms manufacturing like
Hooky, baseball, basketball, lacrosse and others customs uniforms.
As general process manager, I coordinated the installation of all areas including
sublimation, cutting, sewing and ship.

2012 – 2013 Engineering Manager Gladiator Textiles LLC, Puerto Principe, Haiti

I've had the opportunity of participate in the opening of this manufacturing company,
the Samples and development of products, teach and create the Cut area, Print Shop
(Doing the patterns, Developing and producing Garments Labels with Avery Dennison
labels machine), warehouse, helping in Production Planning department, Doing the
Shipments, Doing Plant design flow to create the areas of production, Creating the
workouts and training department, and helping the production improving and teaching
to the Production Managers, Creatting the engineering department (Engineering,
standard time methods, workstations, etc.).

I worked on raising production and improving the performance of the company, turning
