discussed what would be the input of ,marketing control technician if
we ever go for and how can it be good to any organization in reaping
the benefits from the money invested in terms like (ROI) i e. return
on investment. What are the ways we can identify the training need
of any employee and how t know what kind of training he can go for?
Training being covered in different aspect likes integrating it with
organizational culture. The best and latest available trends in training

INTRODUCTION
 THEORY

Marketing plays a dominant role in the successful management of

business in the world of USA INKS CORPORATION have two basic
functions, marketing and innovation. Only marketing and invocation
produce results all the rest are cost. Marketing as the only revenue
generating functions must make plan attempts to implement and
control such plans to the extent that its objectives are achieved.
Developing good strategies and tactics, after analysis the marketing
environment are only the beginning toward the successful managing
of the marketing efforts usually surprise occurs during the
implementation of marketing department therefore must engage in
marketing control system and essential in making sure that the
company operate efficiency and effectively. As a plan
implementation and control are related. All resource available to any
business whether human or otherwise must be mobilized into a
daily; monthly, yearly and even annual activities that will cause the
strategic plan to work well.

The concept of the project is to establish marketing strategies of

leather transfer foil. USA inks corporation is one of the India's
emerging transfer foils companies, with agents network all over
India. We trace our beginnings to an 2006 transfer foils for

 Case Study

The topics of this research work are the application of marketing

control techniques in manufacturing firms in Enugu east local
government: A case study of Emenite Limited Emene Enugu. In order
to peruse this investigation property, the following research
objectives were formulated namely: To investigate to what extent
manufacturing firms have form plans for their activities. To
determine whether the application of marketing control has any
effect on the achievement of the corporate goals and objectives of
their organizations. To find out the specific areas where the
application off marketing control are necessary, etc. The researcher
adopted the survey technical in carrying out this research work. A
total number of one hundred and eighty (180) respondents formed
the population of this study. This number was however statistically
reduced to a sample of one hundred and twenty four (124)
respondents using the Yaro Yamane sample size formula. The data
were gathered mainly through questionnaires, interviews and direct
observation. A total number of one hundred and twenty four (124)
questionnaires were printed and distributed to the selected
respondent but only one hundred and two (102) of such
questionnaires were properly filled and returned and final analysis
was based on this figure. To analyze data collected, the researcher
made use of simple percentage as well as tables. Based on the
analysis, the researcher discovered among other that: Apart from the
other control, techniques, sales analysis, market share analysis,
marketing audit and profitability checks are the most frequently used
techniques in Emenite Limited Enugu. The Female workers at
Emenite Limited is fewer in number than the male counterparts. This
should be employed. Emenite Limited does not sell their product to
customers directly but make use of middlemen in the distribution of
their products, etc. Based on these findings, the researchers
recommended among other that Emenite limited should Endeavour
to sustain its current effort to apply marketing control system in their
operations. Apart from the techniques. Listed above, the company
should try new ones like ratio analysis, sales variance, etc. Emenite
should revisit their employment policy to create room for more
woman to be employed. Emenite should open an avenue for
customer to buy some of their products directly. Conclusively, the
importance of applying marketing controls in manufacturing firm
cannot be overemphasized; and the goals of the company will be
achieved if the recommendations made are utilized.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Patent Transfer Foil is a brilliant, high gloss foil especially developed
for upgradation of lower selection leather and Split . This foil has
many vibrant colour and customized colour can be developed.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Proper preparation and application of the patent foil system will
allow the foil finish to adhere on the leather using a heat transfer
press, the foil is transferred to the leather on top of a receptive
binder which has been previously applied to the leather by spraying.

BINDER REQUIREMENTS:
USA Inks Corporation supplies a speciality polyurethane binder PU-
1574 for patent foils. Binder has a peculiarity to provide deep
penetration in to the leather pores (due to its very low particle
size) ,high adhesion power, immediate tack free leather and long life
of foiled leather. Patent foil adhere to leather using PU binder 1574
has many enhanced Leather can be stored and piled for more than
one month after applying PU Binder 1574 and can use the leather.

TRANSFER APPLICATION:
First, either apply the above mentioned binder PU 1574, to the
leather. Cut the Patent Foil to the desired shape and place it, colour
side up, over the area chosen to be foiled. Heat press temperature
should be (90-95C). Pressure: 150-120kg/cm².Dwell time: 3.4
seconds over a transfer.

STRIPPING:
Allow the foil and Leather to COOL COMPLETELY before peeling.

SUGGESTED WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Customer can check washing and laundering by using washing grade
leather.

FOIL SERIES :

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Realto Transfer Foil is a brilliant, mat foils especially selected for
applications to Split leather for upgradation. This foil has many
vibrant colour and customized colors are available.

METHODS OF PREPARATION:

Crystal Transfer Foils

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Crystal Transfer Foils are a set of brilliant, high-gloss foils especially
selected for applications to genuine leather and textiles using a heat
transfer press. 2000 designs in different vibrant colors like white,
black and multicolored available.Metallic effects Can be achieved by
using partial foil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Leather must have very fine nap to get best results of crystal foils.
Normally fine designs like micro dots need very good leather
preparation like uniform gauge and fine nap.

TRANSFER APPLICATION:
Crystal foils do not need any binder but our binder PU -1574 can be
applied on snuffed grain leather for good adhesion of crystal foil and
conjunction with metallic foil. Cut the crystal Foil to the desired
shape and place it, color side up, over the area chosen to be "foiled".
Heat press temperature should be (95-100C). Pressure:
100-150kg/cm².Dwell time: 3.4 seconds over a transfer.Fine design
like micro dots may require higher heat.

STRIPPING:
Allow the foil and Leather to cool completely 12 hours before
peeling.It will enhance gloss and transfer results. SUGGESTED
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Customer can check washing and
laundering by using washing grade leather. STANDARD WIDTH : 1500
mm.

Metallic Crackle Transfer Foils

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Metallic crackle Transfer Foils are specially developed for suede and
split leather to give open nap effect .Different cracks effect can be
developed on customer request.

METHODS OF PREPARATION:
Metallic Crackle foil can only be used on suede and split leather.

BINDER REQUIREMENTS:
As the Metallic Crackle foil itself has adhesive properties but we
suggest to use binder PU 1574 for good adhesion of foil.Customer
can apply light wax or silicone spray after milling of leather and if
required kiss plate.

TRANSFER APPLICATION:

Cut the Metallic Crackle Foil to the desired shape and place it, color
side up, over the area chosen to be "foiled". Heat press temperature
should be (90-95C). Pressure: 100- 150kg/cm².Dwell time: 3-4
seconds over a transfer.

STRIPPING:
Allow the foil and Leather to COOL COMPLETELY before peeling.After
peel off release paper/film, milling required to get desired cracks
effect.

METHODS OF PREPARATION:
Leather transferred with crystal foil is suitable for using HST partial
foil and SelPrints foils to get metallic effect and design effects on
crystal foils.

TRANSFER APPLICATION:
Partial HST Foils adhere directly on crystal foils transfer leather
without applying any binder. Cut the HST Foil to the desired shape
and place it, color side up, over the area chosen to be "foiled". Heat
press temperature should be (90-92). Pressure: 30-50kg/cm².Dwell
time: 3 seconds over a transfer.Leather having Fine design like micro
dots may require higher heat and pressure.

STRIPPING:
Allow the foil and Leather to COOL COMPLETELY 1-2 hours before
peeling.

SUGGESTED WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Customer can check washing and laundering by using washing grade
leather.

apply the binder PU 1574 properly but the main application is for
suede and split leathers.
BINDER REQUIREMENTS:
As the Pigment Crackle foil itself has adhesive properties but for high
adhesion one can use binder PU 1574 .
TRANSFER APPLICATION:
Cut the Pigment Crackle Foil to the desired shape and place it, color
side up, over the area chosen to be "foiled". Heat press temperature
should be (95-100C). Pressure: 100-150kg/cm².Dwell time: 3-4
seconds over a transfer.

• Partial Print Foil : Available in matte, semi-glossy and glossy appearance. It
transfers on glue foil and crystal foil perfectly.It transfers only on the glue part
of first foil. Normally partial foil is second foil to give different exotic effects on

• Acid Foil : This is new development of print foil which can be transferred
with the help spraying blend of alcohols and water. It gives very deep
penetration of print foil to leather. Effect is very permanent and resistant.

We have variety of Metallic foils for genuine leather finishing.

• Metallic Foil : Regular metallic foil, app 11 µ thickness of coating with 100 µ
paper support for wrinkle free transfer on genuine leather. Superior
colorfastness, abrasion resistance, resistance to outdoor exposure and
chemical resistance. This metallic foil has average gloss and gives very natural
touch on leather. It has single layer structure of special coating developed to
avoid any peel-off of layer.

• Ultra High Gloss Metallic foil : Very high glossy, good flexibility to avoid
cracking, superior resistance properties. Specially developed for ladies’ sandal
and shoes, high shine bags etc. App thickness of foil is 12 µ.

• HT-Metallic : 15 µ thicker version of foil for sheep and other stretchy leathers
to avoid cracking and give more resistance properties. Gloss of this foil is
average to give very natural effect of leather.

• Osmetic-Metallic Foil : It gives glitter effects and minute uniform cracks. The
effect of reverse side of goat leather is very exotic.

• Dusty –Metallic Foil : Very innovative foil specially developed for hair on-
leather. It transfers on hair slip parts and tiny star like effects of hairs. This foil
gives unique distress look on leather After milling as some parts of foils come-
off.

• Crackle-Metallic Foil : this foil gives crackle effect on leather with glitter
metallic look.
• Metallic-Holographic Foil : Holographic effect with whole transfer. around 8
micron coating of film with support PET film.

• Iridescent Metallic Partial Foil : Partial foil with rainbow iridescent effect.

• Partial Holographic Foil : holographic effect specially developed to transfer

on glue/ crystal foil to give exotic second effect. It is second foil which can be
transferred only on the design part of crystal foil.

• Metallic-Hot StampingFoil : Partial transfer metallic effect foil can be

transferred on glue/ crystal foils to give exotic effects. It is available in
hundreds of metallic colors and different designs also.
 CRYSTAL FOIL

Very environmental friendly, thick glue adhesive foil available in different

design patterns to give high glossy effect on leather. It is yellowing resistant,
washable, tumble resistant thermoplastic printing. It is used as a first foil to
transfer partial transfer foils on it. Crystal foil is very suitable for genuine

We have recently commissioned our dry coating polyurethane line to

We have commissioned crystal foil manufacturing machine in 2019

Crystal Foil Applications

It is commonly used in women’s ,children’s and men’s clothing, home textiles,
shoes, handbags, accessories, T-shirts printing.

Leather tanneries, leather finishing companies and printing companies use

crystal foils.

Genuine and artifice leather, suede, nappa and fur is commonly applied on.
Velvet, Linen or textured fabrics can be applied too but there may be some loss
at fine pattern dots.

Properties

Total thickness of film and resin is 100-200 micron. Normally resin color is
transparent but can be manufacture as beige, brown, white and black.

Orders are supplied from manufacturer at reasonable period.

The width is 150cm or 160cm inner paper core diameter 3″. Available lengths
are 200mts or 400mts.
Application Parameters

For partial transfer, parameters are temperature 150C, pressure 6 bar,

duration 5 sec. For continous rotary printing, temp. 160C, pressure 6bar, speed
of stamp 3-5mts/min. After transfer, carrier film should not be seperated soon.
It is suitable after 3-4 hours than stamp process, for seperating of carrier film
easily. For quick seperate of carrier film, it should be cooled below 5C to make
resin state solid for an easy seperation.

It is also available to stamp foil onto crystal foil around 140-150C. The best
parameters can be change according to workshop real conditions.

Application Method
1.Put on Crystal foil onto fabric or leather.
2.For leather stamp press, pressure:100bar, temp: 110℃, duration: 3sec.
3.Partial fabric press, pressure: 6bar, temp:150C, duration: 5-6sec.
4.Rotary stamping machines, pressure: 6bar, temp:150-160℃, speed:3-
6mts/min.
5.Stamped products must be cooled down at 5C.
6.If there is no cooling process, it is needed 4-5 hours after transfer to seperate
carrier film.
7.Crystal foils can be used as original transparent effect, or can be colored by
transferring of hot stamping foil.
