Hello Ikshit,
Since yesterday I am not feeing well , so I am taking a leave of absence. Once recovered I will join office. I will be

@Pranav Kumar Is this a way to talk to your Manager? You are not doing any favor to him by taking Sick Leave. Send me
the Medical Reports for these sick leave.

Fyi its been clearly stated over the mail , that I will be active on whatsapp and mails , so why Ikshit is calling me ?
Keeping favourism into consideration these words are not so called corporate words, kindly refrain using this from next
time. I will try to attach my medical reports whenever I am able to do so. 

Sick leave or any kind of leave is my will and want. You can only mark LOP so you can do.

Pranav,

The text you sent first for "I will not pick up call/ Do not Disturb" is called against the corporate statements. Thus FYI, the
statement is essential for you to understand that you aren't favoring him by taking sick leave without approval. Him calling
you is justifiable as you didn't provide any mail for today's sick leave as well. Also, You can't attach a medical report
"Whenever you are able to do so" as you have stated in previous mail. You need to send the attachment with the
medical report to get sick leave approval.

Thus, This is a warning mail and I am putting your employment on sustainable hold as taking any leave without approval
from reporting manager is against Organisation's Norms. Report to me in office to talk regarding this tomorrow to proceed
with your employement.
