Dear Sir/Mam,

We have recently purchased membership on 16th August, 2021. But due to lack of transparency and trust, we
would like to withdraw our membership. Immediately we need our money refund 41,000/- as soon as possible.

We were assured of booking Bamboo Saa hotel (Udaipur), check in 22nd Aug., 21 and The Everest hill,
Kumbhalgarh, check in time 23rd Aug., 2021. But at the last moment Karma rep came up with new policies and didn’t
book anything on time. 
1) We are not getting any hotels on our preferred dates. We informed our travel dates i.e from 21st Aug 2021 to 25th
Aug 2021. But we are getting check in from 22nd Aug 2021.
2) We are not getting hotels of our choice. None of the hotels we requested are offered (booked) by Karma rep. We
requested for Bamboo saa hotel Udaipur and the Everest hill, Kumbhalgarh. But they are providing The Season Park,
Udaipur and Kumbhelmer hotel, kumbhalgarh.
3) The Karma representative (Miss Mansi and Aditya Dholakiya) didn’t explain any term and conditions clearly. This
created information gap between us and booking agent (Ruchita). Now Ruchita explaining new terms and conditions.
This is not acceptable. Sudden changes from Karma resulted frustration and total distrust in your group.

We don’t see any long term reliable association between Karma resort and us.And therefore asking for an immediate
full refund with immediate effects. 

Please process our refund within 7 days to avoid any litigation causes. The legal costs will be borne by your
company.

Firstly, there is no respect of travel plan & dates, you have just booked it as per your convenience (No respect to
customer)
Secondly, No one asked us about the hotels we want to stay & booking casual 3*** star hotels (Cheating customer)
Thirdly, At the time of membership marketing people bluffed us saying only 5***** star hotels only (Commitment
failure)

Karma App doesn't work, people dont respond positively on requests


Moreover, there is no response even after many reminders from the manager (Aaditya) we are struggling &
frustrated.

I don't want to continue with this membership, so refund my money immediately (Rs. 41000 /-)

book anything on time. 
1) We are not getting any hotels on our preferred dates. We informed our travel dates i.e from 21st Aug 2021 to 25th
Aug 2021. But we are getting check in from 22nd Aug 2021.
2) We are not getting hotels of our choice. None of the hotels we requested are offered (booked) by Karma rep. We
requested for Bamboo saa hotel Udaipur and the Everest hill, Kumbhalgarh. But they are providing The Season Park,

hotel, kumbhalgarh.

Dear Sir/Mam,

We have recently purchased membership on 16th August, 2021. But due to lack of transparency and trust, we
would like to withdraw our membership. Immediately we need our money refund 41,000/- as soon as possible.

We were assured of booking Bamboo Saa hotel (Udaipur), check in 22nd Aug., 21 and The Everest hill,
Kumbhalgarh, check in time 23rd Aug., 2021. But at the last moment Karma rep came up with new policies and
didn’t book anything on time. 
1) We are not getting any hotels on our preferred dates. We informed our travel dates i.e from 21st Aug 2021 to
25th Aug 2021. But we are getting check in from 22nd Aug 2021.

2) We are not getting hotels of our choice. None of the hotels we requested are offered (booked) by Karma rep.
We requested for Bamboo saa hotel Udaipur and the Everest hill, Kumbhalgarh. But they are providing The
Season Park, Udaipur and Kumbhelmer
hotel, kumbhalgarh.
3) The Karma representative (Miss Mansi and Aditya Dholakiya) didn’t explain any term and conditions clearly.
This created information gap between us and booking agent (Ruchita). Now Ruchita explaining new terms and
conditions. This is not acceptable.
Sudden changes from Karma resulted frustration and total distrust in your
group.

We don’t see any long term reliable association between Karma resort and us.And therefore asking for an
immediate full refund with immediate effects. 

Please process our refund within 7 days to avoid any litigation causes. The legal costs will be borne by
your company.
