Hello Ikshit and Prashant , 


Hope you are doing well and safe during these days. Actually, my purpose for this mail is that I want to shift my timing
from International to domestic. I know I am not capable enough for this mail, but my health is not up to the mark for
international shift timing.

I was present there for 3 nights, but during that tenure I got severe skin and indigestion issues . In the month of
December I underwent a very deep surgery of Splenectomy. and I think it will take time to recover completely. 

It's a hearty request to you Ikshit and Prashant. Please do the needful and kindly forget and forgive me for my previous
mails. And request you to not to hold my employment on hold. I am ready to work a domestic shift. Really love the
work culture, but my health is not supporting me and it is also not in my control. Any advice would be appreciated. If this
happens then I am ready to serve Verzeo with full potential. Thanks for understanding.

Hey Pranav,

According to the organization's policy, team shifts aren't eligible for non-performers or employees under hold. The team
shift can be done according to employee/intern performance only. As your performance wasn't up to the mark, I do not
permit this shift with the current attributes. A new set of negotiations will be handled when you join back the organization
and then we can discuss on this.

Hello Team HR ,
I think I was pretty much clear on my above mail that I am not comfortable working in night shift , as far as the
performance parameters are concerned let me tell you , how anyone can judge my potential in just a 2 days being. Fyi,
the fat reason is completely encountered around my only one health concern i.e Splenectomy. And I was really not much
aware about this issue that I faced during sleepless nights.

Its a request to the entire HR team , to kindly have a look in this matter. Thanks for understanding.

I have gone through the previous mail trail. And I am very much shocked to see that here people is giving more priority to
their business instead of employees health.
I only want to shift my work timings from international to domestic thats it .

Please check with another domestic team if there is any vacancies. 

If this not gonna work then I think this is the time to move on. 
For me I am giving priority to my health rather than this kind of work culture.
