ARTICLE OF AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT OF SEAFARER

On behalf of the owning company, we have the pleasure to offer you the position as designated below, upon
your acceptance of the terms ,condition, policies stated in your crew agreement and in the separate official
standing orders .

GENARALS:

This document is a statement of the main terms and conditions of employment which govern your service with
the Employer. Yours service with the employer is also subject to the terms contained in the letter offering you
employment . If there should any ambiguity or discrepancy between the terms in the crew agreement letter
and in terms set out in this document, the terms of the crew agreement will prevail, except where expressly
stated to the contrary.

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT : Your period of fourty eight (48) months of employment on the above
mentioned vessel will commence from the next day of arrival at the port city i.e. 28th APRIL 2022 on accepting
the above agreement, you will be deemed to accept all the rules and regulations of the company and onboard.

TRAINING PERIOD : You shall be given a training period of three months in order that you can attain full
knowledge to work onboard without any difficulty, During the training period also you will be entitled for the
same renumeration and off period as during rest of your contract period.
RENUMERATION:

. Your salary will be equivalent to 1850 UK POUNDS ( ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY)

Directly deposit in your account at the end of each month. The company will wire the full amount

LEAVE AND VACCATIONS : The leave will be 28 DAYS ON AND 28 DAYS OFF

WORKING WITH US :

In order to work with us , you are expected to sign a copy of the crew agreement letter as a acceptance of our
terms and conditions.

Your behaviour and performances will adhere to the following attached page and the separate standing orders
and job description. Your initials

On each page will be indicated the you have carefully read understood and agree with contents , beyond your
position’s standard job description , you fully understand and agree that it is impossible to anticipate every
event and hence every duty that may arise . Accordingly , you will be directed to work beyond the
requirements as stated above and will do so to the best of your ability , and as necessary to ensure that
operation is successful.
