6-2 Comply with Environmental Rules and Regulations as per Ecocem and Local
Standards. Following by all Quality team and Monitoring by Quality Manager
6-2-1 Keep Lab and area of Job Housekeeping.

6-3 Contribute to the reduction of production costs by optimizing the processes,

performing real and more accurate tests and support production team for required tests, and
participate in the meetings for these issues. Following by Quality team, and Monitoring by
Quality Manager. (WI-02-F02 Status of Bays Moisture update)

6-4 Making sure the contract with GCC is respected specially the part that related to quality
(Contract between Gasin Cement Company and Ecocem for providing RDF). Following
by Quality Manager.

6-5 Sending the quality report to GCC for water content and low heating value content
(LHV) for the RDF product weekly or any time requested. Following by quality team
and reporting by Quality Manager (WI-02-F05 Daily Online analyzer data)

6-6 Ensure that Lab is ready to conduct required tests in order to provide quick feedback
to the requesters. Following by quality team and providing the required tools and
materials and Monitoring by Quality Manager.

6-7 Ensure by supervising the inspection team for calibration and recalibration of lab
equipment in order to produce accurate and precise results on regular bases with support
of Maintenance team (Automation & Instrumentation), following by Quality team and
Monitoring by Quality Manager.

6-8 Suggest solutions to the concerned departments (Mechanical Process, Bio-Drying and
Maintenance) in order to remove discrepancies between the required and produced
quality, by making trail and present a reports, following by Quality team and requesting
by Quality Manager.

6-9 Recommend the appropriate equipment and assist in the Procurement of lab equipment
and related material in order to save time and cost, following by Quality team and
Monitoring and Purchasing by Quality Manager.
6-10 Deal with the RDF complains of external customers. Inspect and conduct tests and
feeding them back in order to communicate the root cause of problem by providing
reports on the RDF production to the customers, following by Quality team and
Monitoring by Quality manager. (WI-02-F03 RDF Product data information)

6-11 Recruit the right team members with the collaboration of General manager and HR
Department in order to ensure the skill set of team members that can address the
departmental needs. Following by Quality Manager.

6-12 Responsible for collecting and preparation of the required samples of materials and
waste water with support of (Mechanical process and Bio-Drying) team, performing
by Quality team and Monitoring by Quality Manager. (SOP – Sampling, SOP -
Sample Preparation)
