Conclusion
Data
Exchange
has
become
a
key
issue
for
OEMs
so
compliance
data
can
be
shared
through
a
company.
This
paper
has
summarized
how
data
is
exchanged
between
GDM
software
and
ERP/PLM/PDM
systems,
OEMs
should
be
able
to
find
the
best-‐fit
configuration
in
GDM
software
and
the
exchange
method
to
share
information
between
these
2
systems.
This
way
the
exchange
of
flat
files,
Excel
or
XML
between
GDM
and
SAP
can
be
done
quickly
and
easily.
A
summary
table
for
different
GDM
configurations
and
the
exchange
method
is
shown
below.
