SACRED ARTIFACTS
A religious/cultural artifact is an object that can have religious,
cultural, or personal significance. All religious traditions
have objects that are used in worship, festivals, rites of passage, or as
daily reminders to followers of their beliefs, their traditions, and their
identity.
COMMUNICATION
Indigenous communication is local communication that is
unique to a given culture of society which existed before the arrival of
modern mass media which is a formally organized bureaucratic system
of communication. This indigenous communication system still exists
today despite changes brought by technology.
RITUAL DANCE
Ritual dances were evolved for a purpose. That is, to accomplish a
special wish, or strive to bring to man a vital necessity. These necessities
were food, shelter, safety, averting evils such as natural disasters-floods,
drought, excessive cold, diseases, etc.
FIESTAS
A fiesta is a celebration or a party. You can use the
word fiesta for any party, but it usually refers to a large feast, festival,
or very extravagant party. In Spanish, fiesta means "feast," and in
many Spanish-speaking places, a fiesta celebrates a saint's day or other
religious occasion.
