1. What are your goals in life? What are your ways to achieve it?
My goal in life is to keep my self healthy and clean even when I get older, I still
want to see myself fresh and hygienic after all the hard works and achievements that I have.
Considered as my goal is to be successful in life and I know that hygiene and proper attire,
appearance and cleanliness will help me to look formal as always when it comes to
achieving my future dreams.

2. ASSESSMENT

A. Draw a different sense organ inside the box

1. Organ: Eyes
Sense: SIGHT
Function: You can see thanks to the function
of your eyes. They receive light from the
environment and transmit visual data
to your brain.

2. Organ: Nose
Sense: SMELL
Function: It enables air to enter your body,
filters out contaminants, heats, and humidifies
the air after that. Your nose provides you a
sense of smell and contributes to the way you
look. Your nose is impacted by a number of
typical symptoms, including stuffy nose
and bleeding.

3. Organ: Ear
Sense: HEARING
Function: The two primary uses of your ears are
for hearing and balance. Hearing: Your tympanic
membrane (eardrum) vibrates as sound waves
enter your ear canal. Three tiny bones (ossicles)
in the middle ear receive this vibration and
transmit it on.
4. Organ: Tongue
Sense: TASTE
Function: It is not just very mobile,
which enables coordinated
speaking, sucking, and swallowing.
Additionally, it is the most sensitive
location for our sense of touch and a
sensory organ that is in charge of
taste. The tongue also has a
significant impact on body language
and includes many immune system
cells.

5. Organ: Skin
Sense: TOUCH
Function: provides a barrier of defense
against harmful substances, mechanical,
thermal, and physical harm. prevents moisture
loss. minimizes the negative effects of UV radiation
serves as a sense organ (feels temperature, etc.).

Application:

Exercise regularly. Use protective eyewear during


activities that may be dangerous to your eyes, such
as yard work, sports or home repairs. Wash your
hands before handling contact lenses. Wear
sunglasses with 99% or 100% UVA and UVB
protection.
Filtering all that air and retaining particles as small as
a pollen grain with 100% efficiency. Humidifying the
air that you breathe, adding moisture to the air to
prevent dryness of the lining of the lungs and
bronchial tubes.
Don't clean your ears with anything smaller than a
washcloth on your finger.

The easiest way to clean your tongue is with a soft-


bristled toothbrush or a tongue scraper.

Use cleanse, moisturize, and apply sunscreen.
