Purpose:

The purpose of this project was to mainly help the persons with disabilities or senior citizen
who are incapable of doing work on their own or cannot afford a house help. This can also
be helpful in using the human resource in other useful activities.

Problem:
The main problem faced by general public, persons with disabilities or senior citizen is the
high cost of these products available in the market due to them being imported from other
countries. This product will be first of kind with MADE IN INDIA so the cost problem will be
solved and secondly resources used to make this product will be environment friendly. This
will also solve the problem of human resource being underutilised.

Introduction
This was a project made in class in my school to solve the above purpose of high cost and
wastage of human resource. This will also promote MAKE IN INDIA which will remove the
dependence on other countries for import and in turn increase employment in the field. The
project used the concept of sensors and how remote-controlled car works which was then
modified into a cleaning car. The sensor helped the car move all along the house.

ARCHITECTURE
This was a simple project where I used some wheels and some thick transparent glass plates
to design the structure (figure attached for reference). Motors were attached to both the
wheels and where connected. The whole circuit worked through an Arduino board which
was a small board which worked on the codes given by the user. A sensor board was also
attached to the front part of the vehicle which was connected to the Arduino board. Now
the most important part was the code. So, in the code we first described when to start
moving the vehicle and when to stop. Now the main part was how to vehicle will move in
case of an obstacle. The sensors were coded in such a way that whenever an obstacle would
interfere in the path of the vehicle, it would firstly turn left and then also there Is an
obstacle, it will turn right. There was also a rechargeable battery connected which will help
it move. It had a suction pump connected at the bottom of the vehicle which will pull up the
dust particles and clean the area. A bag was attached to thee end of the suction pipe where
all the was collected.
